TellArk is a testimonial and feedback collection platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage feedback forms
• Collect customer testimonials with ratings

• Display testimonials on public walls
• Manage and organize customer feedback

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
One person or entity per account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

• Various subscription tiers with different features
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Payment

• Valid payment method required for paid plans
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes require 30 days advance notice

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through account settings
• Cancellation effective at end of billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial periods

Content and Intellectual Property

• Submitters grant permission for public display
